COVID-19 Level 3 update

Find out the new goBay arrangements which will be in place from Wednesday 1 September under COVID-19 level 3:

  • goBay services will be operating as normal (to the regular timetable)
  • During Level 3 public transport is for essential workers, people travelling to work, students travelling to school and for the general public to access essential services
  • Bus fares are payable by cash or Bee card
  • Face coverings MUST be worn at bus stops and onboard the buses unless the passenger (or driver) has a medical condition which prevents them from wearing a mask safely
  • Passengers MUST scan the QR code onboard the bus, or register their trip on our webpage here or keep a manual record of their trip
  • Once onboard passengers must sit apart from other passengers in the seats marked
  • If the bus is full due to reduced seating availability, we ask passengers to please be patient and wait for the next trip
  • Finally please be kind, be patient and if you are unwell stay at home and do NOT travel on public transport services
