COVID-19 Restrictions

Here are some important things to remember while travelling on goBay public transport services:

• Face coverings are mandatory and must be worn unless you are under 12 years of age, or have a medical condition which prevents you from wearing one. This is in accordance with Ministry of Health and Government guidelines
• Face coverings can be masks, scarves or bandanas
• Remember to maintain a social distance from other people in public places, such as bus stops
• If you are sick you should stay at home.

Contact Tracing

Please remember to scan the COVID QR codes which are displayed on all of our buses, you can do this by downloading the NZ COVID Tracer App.

By scanning the QR codes and registering your Bee Card, you will help make contact tracing easier and faster should there be community transmission.

If you are unable to do either of the above, register your trip online here. If you are also unable to do this, we ask that you keep a manual record of your trip dates and times.
